Shipping policy
1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note, that we do NOT stock our products and are "configured to order" the time for orders to be processed does NOT include manufacturing and assembly time. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for a faster delivery. 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing a tracking number.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.
