Acceptance of Terms & Charges
By purchasing and installing SSBC-USA products, you are acknowledging and accepting the terms of this policy.
SSBC-USA reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
Returns, Cancellations and Warranty Policies
Cancellation
SSBC-USA must be notified in writing prior to any cancellation. Cancellation must happen prior to shipment. SSBC-USA reserves the right to retain any processing or credit card fees incurred prior to cancellations.
Damaged/Missing Parts
Customer must notify SSBC-USA Customer Service within 72 hours/3 Days of receiving a shipment to report any missing items or damage to shipment.
Returns
Customers (including Distributors and Dealers) have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return an item.
Customers must contact Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers must provide a written list of products being returned with a valid explanation of the concerns for each item. If items are being shipped from different store locations, each location will get an RMA number unique to that store’s return (unless prior arrangements are made). All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the product costs (not including shipping).
Original proof of purchase must be provided when requesting an RMA number for any warranty concerns. Returned items must be shipped in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items.
Once received, SSBC-USA will inspect and test each item to determine eligibility for replacement and/or credit. Customer Service will notify Customer via e-mail with eligibility status, a credit memo (if applicable), as well as confirmation of disposition of any ineligible items (return to Customer at their cost, or scrap). No parts will be exchanged until SSBC-USA receives the original parts unless there is prior written approval by SSBC-USA. Under no circumstance should any product(s) or part(s) be returned without an RMA number.
Any part which shows evidence of being used, installed contrary to SSBC-USA instructions, defaced, damaged in any way will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
Additionally, any damage caused by improper handling and or improper packaging during shipping by the Customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.

Warranty Policy
1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
SSBC-USA warrants to the original purchaser that all products supplied by SSBC-USA are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use, driving conditions and service for the period of one (1) year from date shipped. The warranty is void if the product has been altered, improperly installed, or used for purposes other than originally intended. Components which are purchased from other suppliers and resold by SSBC-USA shall conform to the Warranty Policy of that supplier.
Our obligation under this Warranty is limited to making good at our factory any part which shall be returned to us, freight prepaid, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been defective when shipped, our obligation being limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may thus prove defective. Our Warranty does not cover any other costs such as, but not limited to; installation, re- installation, or removal of any warranty product. An RMA number and a copy of the original invoice are required prior to returning merchandise. An unauthorized return voids the Warranty. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We assume no liability for incidental or consequential damages including the cost of diagnosis, cost of replacement parts or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience or any other expenses.
The foregoing Warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties (whether written, oral or implied) including Warranty of merchantability in other respects than expressly set forth above and Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part. We neither assume nor authorize any other person or entity to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. This Warranty shall not apply to our products or any part thereof which have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse or disassembly. We make no Warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories labor or parts not supplied by us. The term “Original Purchaser” as used in this Warranty shall be deemed to mean that customer to whom the product was originally sold. There are no warranties which extend beyond the face of the product hereof.
Obtaining an RMA Number
- Contact Customer Service by calling (716) 775-6700 or by emailing customerservice@ssbc-usa.com to obtain an RMA number.
- All returns must have an RMA number, otherwise no credit can be issued.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the data of issue, after which a new RMA number must be obtained.

Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
