Product ok cust support lol

Upon installing them the banjo bolts were taped inside each box which on fronts theres 3/8 and m10 so be careful the 3/8 will go in sloppy to m10 threads .ok that aside both rear calipers are 3/8 thread and there instruction sheat says 35 ft lb on all 4 calipers (front was fine at that) rears not so much .i have been a mechanic for 32 years and used snapon tech angle torque wrench but both rears stripped out at 26ft lb and other at 19 . Contacted cust support got 2 replies both plain cookie cutter responses explain ea bolts are in box like im blind and retarded . Lucky for me i have a machine shop as a hobby so i helicoiled them to m10-1 to match fronts and torqued correctly per them at 35 ft lb .but not one follow up or offer to make right .for amount of money i spent per caliper id expect much better.and the facebook page offers no place to post a review so how much cust care is there really needless to say not happy with company .buyer beware
